    A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request and can be issued directly to your venue or organization.

  • Final gallery delivery depends on event scope:

    Standard delivery timelines:

    • Half-day events: 2–4 business days

    • Full-day coverage: 3–5 business days

    • Multi-day conferences: 5–7 business days

    Next-day preview images are included with every project for immediate use. Expedited delivery is available if needed.

  • Yes. Additional photographers can be provided for large events, multi-room conferences, trade shows, and productions requiring broader coverage.

  • Final image count depends on event length, pace, and format.
