Oh hey, it’s been about a year since I wrote a blog post. That mostly has to do with the fact that I don’t so much care for writing things and then posting them on the Internet. I’m more of a pen and paper guy!
Nonetheless, I’ve been on a kick recently where I’m trying to keep my site fresh and fun, so that Google thinks I’m cool and decides that my site is worth showing to folks who may be searching for photography in the greater Chicagoland area (excellent).
Since a new blog post will probably come as a surprise to most, I. figured it would be apt to make the post about a surprise itself.
I was asked by a high school friend to capture his brother’s surprise proposal to his then girlfriend, now fiancé (sorry for the spoilers), on the rooftop of the Londonhouse Chicago hotel.
This sounded fun to me for many reasons, the top of which was the fact that I got to hide behind a wall.
It was a blast to be there and capture these fun little moments! Also the view of Chicago from the Londonhouse isn’t the worst thing in the world.
Anyway! Here are some images from the big moment! I hope you enjoy and I hope this was enough words to register in SEO!
